Payments should be made through Zelle.

50% of the agreed-upon price shall be given as a non-refundable deposit before work is started on the project. 

​

The initial conversation may include sketches or other means to convey a concept but work will not begin until the deposit has been made.

 

The remaining payment will be made when the client has seen all the designs and has accepted all work and before the designs or products will be given to the client.

 

The client is given 4 design changes included in their price, these changes are after the work has been completed and given to the client.  During the process of design, changes can be made, however,  once the client has decided on a final design and style, changes will only be made in that design and style. After the client has received all of their products and has used up all of their 4 changes included in the initial price, there will be a $50 charge for every 4 changes requested. (in other words, $50 will buy you another 4 changes.) These changes will only include changes in wording and the inclusion of other objects or words that do not change the entire look of the design. For example, using the same design and changing dates on a poster for an event fall into these changes.

All correspondence will be made from me Monday - Friday from 1:00 p.m -5:00 p.m. Please expect a callback, text message, or email response during these times.

Please note I do not work with Religious or Political groups or controversial topics or groups that incite hatred. I do not do birthday or holiday-themed designs or projects.

I reserve the right to not accept work that I feel will affect my creativity and freedom of expression.  I reserve the right to change my policies as it affects my business.
